International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame

(Vanity Fair) Since its inception in 1940, the International Best-Dressed List—revealed exclusively in Vanity Fair since 2004—has ticked off the most preened, polished, and poised of the fashion set, as determined by a governing body and ballot system. Every year, the most soigné of the soigné—those elected at least three previous times to the list—are inducted into the Hall of Fame.
